Ensure they own or have permission to use all materials provided to us.
Project delays caused by lack of communication or delayed approvals may affect delivery timelines.
All project fees must be paid according to the agreed proposal or invoice.
Deposits may be required before work begins.
Outstanding invoices may result in project suspension.
All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
BitsRanker may provide revisions as specified in the project agreement.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website or agreed deliverables will transfer to the client, excluding:
Licensed software.
Premium themes or plugins purchased under third-party licenses.
Proprietary tools, templates, or methodologies owned by BitsRanker.
BitsRanker reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our services may involve third-party platforms, including:

eBay
We are not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, account suspensions, or actions taken by these third-party platforms.
While we strive to deliver measurable improvements, BitsRanker does not guarantee:
Specific search engine rankings.
Exact traffic increases.
Sales or revenue targets.
Advertising performance outcomes.
Marketing results may vary based on competition, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.
BitsRanker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the course of a project private and not disclose it to unauthorized parties.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
Upon termination:
The client shall pay for all completed work performed up to the termination date.
Outstanding balances remain payable.
Access to unfinished work may be withheld until payment obligations are fulfilled.
We strive to keep our website accessible at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BitsRanker operates.
